Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you don’t have to wait.

  • Lahore (Local Deliveries): 1 to 3 business days.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan (Smaller towns & rural areas): 5 to 7 business days.

Please Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and national holidays. During peak seasons, sales, or public holidays, deliveries may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery all over Pakistan

3. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available all across Pakistan. You pay the rider in cash only when the package is delivered to your doorstep.

  • Advance Payments: We also accept Direct Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Please contact our support team on WhatsApp for details.

4. Order Confirmation & Verification

  • Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an automated confirmation email or text message.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to verify your address before dispatching your package. Unverified orders will not be shipped.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner (e.g., Leopards, TCS, Trax, PostEx), we will send you a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can track the status of your journey in real-time.

6. Delivery Integrity & Inspection

  • Open Parcel Policy: Please note that according to standard courier rules in Pakistan, riders do not allow parcels to be opened before payment is made.

  • If you find your package damaged, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and notify us immediately.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address, city, and phone number are 100% correct at checkout.

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you are unavailable or unreachable after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
