Return Window

We offer a 7 to 10-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 to 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • It must have all the original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away via WhatsApp or Email if:

  1. The item is defective or damaged.

  2. You received the wrong item or wrong size.

We will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale/Discounted items or articles bought during promotions.

  • Custom-made or altered orders.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
